Founded in 1996, Bee Access Products specializes in the manufacturing and distribution of temporary and permanent suspended scaffolding equipment such as hoists, powered platforms, accessories, davits, tieback hooks, rigging and safety equipment. At our headquarters located in West Palm Beach, FL, the Bee Team works together to provide the best products and service in the industry. Our company slogan is “Innovation at Elevation” and is true to the Bee Access culture. We collaborate to provide custom suspended access applications using our standard product lines or create new products to fit our customer’s needs.
The engineering department provides our customers detailed product application drawings of Altrex modular platforms, outrigger beams, custom designs for special projects, engineering product testing, phone support and on-site location visits.
The manufacturing shop consists of a highly-skilled team of AWS certified welders that manufacture parapet clamps, cornice hooks, walk thru-c stirrups, roller bumpers, work cages and other rigging and platform accessories.
The training department currently has a representative that offers on-site certification classes for repairs and annual maintenance on the Bisomac hoists. The benefits of training your staff to avoid outsourcing will save you time and money. After each training course Bee Access Products will issue certifications for completion and offer 24/7 phone support. The shipping and receiving department provides inventory control, processes orders, packages and coordinates domestic and international shipments with our dependable carriers. Each shipment is packed securely and with care to avoid damages. All orders receive individual attention where transit times and pricing are confirmed to ensure customer satisfaction.
The marketing department works to create brand and product awareness within the access industry. We are proud of the innovative products produced by the Bee team. We promote them via print advertisement, featured articles, press releases, social media, our popular email newsletter “The Buzz”, exhibiting at conventions and custom product and application videos. Our dealers have the opportunity to utilize the Bee Access marketing department to build their own brand. We provide marketing tools such as product photos, videos and product descriptions with specifications to build your website product catalog and online presence.
The accounting department works closely with our sales team to ensure products and services are billed correctly. We are proud of our quick response time to any billing issues. The accounting department can offer support with orders to accommodate any budget.
